3.9 TIME OF COMPLETION A. Substantial Completion — A certificate of substantial completion for the PARCS or for major subsystems will not be provided until the following requirements have been satisfied as stipulated in Part 3 of this section: 1. Applicable system or major subsystems have passed the SAT test. 2. All communications from equipment to CMS and City-furnished workstations has passed the SAT test. 3. CMS produces all required reports and has passed the SAT test. 4. Integrated PARC system including PARCS, subsystems including alternates, validators and credit card clearinghouse for payment card transactions has passed the SAT test. 5. Proof/Certification of PCI DSS compliance and PABP validation. 6. All spare parts,stock material and manuals are on site and have been approved by City. 7. Al)training is complete to City's satisfaction. 8. City's has been provided all test checklists, documentation and training evaluation forms. B. Final Acceptance: Upon satisfactory completion of all work, tests, demonstrations and training specified herein as well as completion of the SAT test as stipulated in Part 3 of this section, Contractor may apply for final acceptance of PARCS system. 3.10 WARRANTY&EXTENDED MAINTENANCE A. Warranty 1. The warranty period on each phased deployment of PARCS shalt commence when the entire phase is accepted in writing by the City. 2. Terms of the Warranty are outlined in Exhibit C. The PARCS shall be warranted to operate in full functionality for a period of at least three years from the date of acceptance. B. Extended Warranty and Maintenance 1. The City shall have the option of purchasing extended warranty and maintenance for a period of up to ten years beyond the initial warranty period according to the fees outlined in Exhibit B. 2. Terms of the Extended Warranty and Maintenance are outlined in Exhibit C. 3.11 TRAINING PROGRAM A. The Contractor shall provide training as outlined in the Transition Plan in Attachment 2 at a location to be determined in Redwood City, California.The Contractor shall cover all travel and other costs associated with training. B. Contractor shall supply and keep current hard and digital copies of all operating, training and repair manuals. C.
