3.9 TIME OF COMPLETION <br /> A. Substantial Completion — A certificate of substantial completion for the PARCS or for major <br /> subsystems will not be provided until the following requirements have been satisfied as stipulated <br /> in Part 3 of this section: <br /> 1. Applicable system or major subsystems have passed the SAT test. <br /> 2. All communications from equipment to CMS and City-furnished workstations has passed the <br /> SAT test. <br /> 3. CMS produces all required reports and has passed the SAT test. <br /> 4. Integrated PARC system including PARCS, subsystems including alternates, validators and <br /> credit card clearinghouse for payment card transactions has passed the SAT test. <br /> 5. Proof/Certification of PCI DSS compliance and PABP validation. <br /> 6. All spare parts,stock material and manuals are on site and have been approved by City. <br /> 7. Al)training is complete to City's satisfaction. <br /> 8. City's has been provided all test checklists, documentation and training evaluation forms. <br /> B. Final Acceptance: Upon satisfactory completion of all work, tests, demonstrations and training <br /> specified herein as well as completion of the SAT test as stipulated in Part 3 of this section, <br /> Contractor may apply for final acceptance of PARCS system. <br /> 3.10 WARRANTY&EXTENDED MAINTENANCE <br /> A. Warranty <br /> 1. The warranty period on each phased deployment of PARCS shalt commence when the entire <br /> phase is accepted in writing by the City. <br /> 2. Terms of the Warranty are outlined in Exhibit C. The PARCS shall be warranted to operate in <br /> full functionality for a period of at least three years from the date of acceptance. <br /> B. Extended Warranty and Maintenance <br /> 1. The City shall have the option of purchasing extended warranty and maintenance for a period <br /> of up to ten years beyond the initial warranty period according to the fees outlined in Exhibit <br /> B. <br /> 2. Terms of the Extended Warranty and Maintenance are outlined in Exhibit C. <br /> 3.11 TRAINING PROGRAM <br /> A. The Contractor shall provide training as outlined in the Transition Plan in Attachment 2 at a <br /> location to be determined in Redwood City, California.The Contractor shall cover all travel and <br /> other costs associated with training. <br /> B. Contractor shall supply and keep current hard and digital copies of all operating, training and <br /> repair manuals. <br /> C.
