The ' PARCS equipment will be warehoused in combination with the associated <br /> peripheral components that have been received from third party vendors or suppliers <br /> and inspected by Scheidt & Bachmann trained staff. <br /> Maintenance Log <br /> Scheidt & Bathmann shall keep maintenance logs of all preventive maintenance and <br /> corrective repair services during the warranty period or for any services performed <br /> thereafter. <br /> The logs shall be in the standard S&B format. An example of the Scheidt & Bachmann <br /> standard Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) are attached for review, prior to <br /> system installation and it is understood that this may be modified to meet the needs of <br /> the City. <br /> The active logs shall be available for inspection by the Redwood City personnel at any <br /> time during the warranty period or thereafter. The maintenance logs shall be turned <br /> over to the City at the end of the warranty period. Additional maintenance logs will also <br /> be provided throughout the term of any service agreement. The logs shall include a <br /> parameter-driven maintenance log (by date, by comment type, by specific module, by <br /> problem type) and inventory reports. In addition, the logs shall itemize the history of <br /> preventive maintenance and corrective/repair activities and be kept on a component- <br /> by-component basis.
