A parking access and revenue control system in each of the lefferson Street and Marshall Street <br /> garages including pay-on-foot pay stations, exit pay credit card stations, parking gates, web-based <br /> CMS, validation system, intercom system, CCN, compatibility with the city's existing monthly <br /> permit cards (Indala� FlexCard�j and all associated hardware/software shall be provided and <br /> installed for the City of Redwood City. <br /> 1. The lefferson/Century Theater Garage is a 2 level structure consisting of 585 parking <br /> spaces. Validated and general use parking is allowed on all levels. General permit parking <br /> is not allowed but some permits are issued to staff. <br /> 2.
