3. Termination <br /> <br /> Any party may withdraw from this Agreement by giving the other Parties sixty (60) days <br /> written notice. The rights and obligations of the terminating party terminate Sixty (60) days <br /> after notice is given <br /> <br />4. Structure of the Redwood City Family Centers <br /> <br /> A. The Redwood City Family Centers: <br /> <br /> 1. The Redwood City Family Centers Organizational Committee shall meet <br /> monthly and be composed of one representative from each of the entities who <br /> have assigned personnel to work at the family resource center, to include but not <br /> be limited to the following representatives: the Administrator of Student Support <br /> Services representing thc Redwood City School District, The South County <br /> Regional Manager representing the Human Services Agency of San Mateo, The <br /> Red Morton Assistant Center Supervisor representing the Redwood City Parks, <br /> Recreation and Community Services Department, the Executive Director of the <br /> Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center; the Director of the Child Abuse <br /> Prevention Center; the Principal of Taft School; the Principal of Fair Oaks <br /> School; the Principal of Hoover School; and thc Director of P~edwood City <br /> 2020. <br /> <br /> 2. The Redwood City Family Centers Organizational Committee shall provide <br /> leadership to thc Redwood City Family Centers collaborative and will have the <br /> following functions: <br /> <br /> a. Establish operating agreements for the Redwood City Family <br /> Centers. <br /> b. Oversee the activities of the Redwood City Family Centers. <br /> c. Coordinate joint supervision of staff. <br /> d. Designate standards and criteria for evaluation of the work <br /> completed by the Redwood City Family Centers. <br /> e. Assist in the development of resources to support the program. <br /> f. Approve the budget and commitment of resources. <br /> g. Assist in the establishment of a Community Council, which will <br /> allow for expanded participation by neighborhood <br /> representatives, parents and the community at large, in the <br /> program. <br /> h. Oversee the reporting of information to the program's funders. <br /> <br /> <br />
