����+���� Page 1 of 4 <br /> ' , � <br /> .�j,<J ,`/ /! �%� "'_r_) <br /> AGREEMENT FOR EXTENDED DAY ACADEMIC AND ENRICHMENT SERVICES <br /> BETWEEN THE REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY <br /> This Agreement is made as of this day of June 24, 2015 by and between the Redwood City School <br /> District("RCSD") and the City of Redwood City ("CONTRACTOR")to provide extended day academic <br /> and enrichment services. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. SERVICES <br /> The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide extended day academic and enrichment services as <br /> described in the RCSD Extended Day Program & School Minimum Expectations contained in <br /> Attachment A and the RCSD Extended Day Policies and Protocols contained in Attachment B at <br /> the following school sites: Fair Oaks, Hawes, Hoover, John Gill, and Selby Lane. The RCSD <br /> will provide necessary supports to the CONTRACTOR, as described in Attachment A. If <br /> applicable, the CONTRACTOR will refer 21" Century Community Learning Center families to <br /> existing literacy and related educational development services. <br /> The CONTRACTOR agrees to utilize the computer system (City Span) provided by the RCSD to <br /> enter daily attendance. Any technical difficulties associated with utilizing this system will be <br /> reported within 72 hours. <br /> 2. EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS <br /> CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform the <br /> academic and enrichment services for the RCSD in accordance with the terms, conditions and <br /> specifications set forth herein and in Attachments A and B. <br /> 3. USE OF SUBCONTRACTORS <br /> CONTRACTOR shall not assign this Agreement or any portion thereof to a third party without <br /> the prior written consent of RCSD. <br /> 4. LICENSES AND PERMITS <br /> CONTRACTOR shall obtain and keep in force all licenses, permits, and certificates necessary for <br /> the performance of this Agreement. <br /> 5. INSURANCE Contractor shall be responsible for any damage, loss or other claim arising out of <br /> the performance of its services under this Agreement. Contractor shall carry the insurance <br /> indicated below throughout the term of this Agreement.
