WHEREAS, on June 24, 2015, the parties entered into an Agreement for ttxe <br /> CC3NTRACT4R w provide extended day academic and enrich�nent seruices described in RCSD <br /> Extended Day Program & School Minimum Expectations in Attachrnent A and RCSD Extended <br /> Uay Policies and Pratocals in Attachment B at Fair Oaks,Hawes, Ha�ver, Jahn Gill,Henry Fard <br /> and Selby Lan+e Schools effective on July 1, 201 S, for a one-year period ending June 3Q, 201b; <br /> and <br /> B. W�iER.EAS, in Section 12(A) BASE COMPENSATION, the parties agreed that <br /> the CONTRACTQR will perform all the services in this Agreement far an amount not ta exceed <br /> $737,386 as detailed specifically in Section 12A. Requirements for the comp�nsation for this <br /> agreement are described in the Attachment B of the ari�inal Agreement; and <br /> C. WHEREAS, the Parties have negotiated and agreed to an increase in the base <br /> funcling far Hoover Schaal fram $99,724 ta $128,452, for an �ggregate contract total of <br /> $766,114. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the�se recitals and the mutual covenamts <br /> contained herein,the Parties agree as follows; <br /> 1. Paragraph 1 (Services}is repiaced in its ent�rety as foliows: <br /> l. SEI�VICES <br /> The CONTRACTCIR agrees to provide additional e7ctend+ed day academic and <br /> enrichment services described in RCSD Extended Day Program & School <br /> Minimum F.acpectatians in Attachment A and RCSD Extended Day Policies and <br /> Pmtocols in Attachment B at Fair 4aks, Hawes, Hoaver, John Gill, Henry Ford <br /> and Selby L.a.ne Schools. The RCSD will provide necessary support to the <br /> CONTRACTOR as described ia� Attachment A, The C(JNTRACTOR if <br /> applicable will refer 21�`Century Cammunity Learning Cen#er families to existing <br /> litera.cy and related education development services. <br /> T'he CONTRACTOFt agrees to utilixe the comp�zter system (City Span)provided <br /> by the RCSD to enter daily a�tendance.
