EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF WORK <br /> DELIVERAB�ES: Consultant shall complete the following tasks, trainings, <br /> Telephone System installation and telephone system requirements, and other City <br /> requirements as set forth in the following paragraphs number 1 — 34, for the Cost <br /> listed in this Exhibit A. <br /> 1. Proiect Plan <br /> 1.1. Upon agreement execution, PFI will create a master project schedule, <br /> along with a work responsibility matrix, identifying the tasks PFI will <br /> perform and the tasks City is expected to perform to successfully I <br /> mplement the new system. <br /> 1.2. Packet Fusion will assign an experienced Project Manager and a Senior <br /> Engineer. The project team member's begin immediately to build a strong <br /> partnership with their client that will last throughout the lifecycle of the <br /> project, including ongoing support. The goal is a single integrated team of <br /> Packet Fusion and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY staff. <br /> 1.3. Packet Fusion will follow a best practice structured project preparation <br /> plan and use pre-configured solution components (documentation and <br /> design concepts) that enable rapid progress and status tracking. The <br /> structured approach aids in resolving technical and functional issues <br /> during the project and is critical during the design and configuration, <br /> integration, conversion, parallel run and cut-over stages_ Throughout, <br /> every effort will be made to capitalize on the available functionality and <br /> create operational efficiencies while supporting Redwood City's business <br /> needs. <br /> 1.4. Packet Fusion will utilize Microsoft SharePoint throughout the entire <br /> project. SharePoint is a place to store shared documents and input <br /> information pertaining to the project. SharePoint will include, <br /> announcements; calendar; tasks; project plan; team discussion and a <br /> contact list. The project plan will include, individual tasks (pre-installation, <br /> site survey, installation, end-user training, and post installation); timing for <br /> those tasks; resources and dates. <br /> 1.5. Upon agreement execution, weekly progress meeting will be held either <br /> Tuesday or Wednesday, depending upon both parties availability and <br /> needs. All resources provided in the PFI solution will be available for the <br /> weekly meetings. Packet Fusion will document the meetings which will <br /> cover all upcoming tasks and outstanding issues along with their proposed <br /> resolution and time frames.
