EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 6.1.6. Thirty days of production without major interruption, system failures, <br /> or major issues; and <br /> 6.1.7. All failover and/or system resumption functions fully documented, <br /> implemented, and tested. <br /> 6.2. Redwood City may agree to system acceptance with an acceptable <br /> exception list. <br /> 7. Follow Up, Post Svstem Acceptance: <br /> 7.1. Packet Fusion will be available to review future needs not defined in this <br /> agreement upon request by Redwood City. <br /> 8. Traininq: All users will be trained on the new telephone and voicemail systems. <br /> 8.1. Online documentation: Included is ShoreWare Director which provides <br /> online documentation for quick, easy answers including a complete <br /> administration guide, installation guide as well as user documentation all <br /> in one spot. Standard search tools will allow users find all the references <br /> to a topic of interest. <br /> 8.2. End User Traininq: Will be held on site in a designated conference room <br /> at a City facility with classes grouped by telephone type or job <br /> classification. Training will be held the week prior to the cutover. Training <br /> will consist of 10 to 15 live and operational phones for training. Each class <br /> will last between 1 and 1 '/Z hours. End user training will consist of general <br /> phone and voice mail usage including how to transfer calls, conference <br /> calls, use the intercom function, place calls on and off hold, communicator <br /> usage, presence functions, Outlook integration, as well as answer all <br /> questions posed by Redwood City. <br /> Multiple days of training, for each training type, must be scheduled in <br /> order to maximize the potential for all staff to attend. <br /> Classes will not exceed 60 minutes. <br /> PFI will provide "cheat sheets" to all attendees. The "cheat sheet" will be a <br /> one to two page handout (as well as a soft copy) that shows how to use <br /> the most commonly used features of the telephone and voicemail <br /> systems. <br /> Operators will require training on the new attendant console(s).
