ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A. Joe Steinfeld, 850 Main Street, thanked Finance Director Ponty and Assistant City <br /> Manager Light for taking the time to meet with him to discuss the City's financial policies. <br /> Mr. Steinfeld expressed his concerns regarding the City's expenditures on legal services. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />1A.
