<br /> Ron Guglielmone, 2428 Jefferson, Redwood City Public Works employee, described <br /> the improvement in the storm drainage system due to expanded resources being <br /> poured into that program, encouraged Council to support the recommendation to keep <br /> the funds (sewer, water and storm drains) separate and apart from each other, and <br /> stated that the General Fund could not support the program. <br /> Herb Link, 283 Fulton Street, spoke in opposition to the program being funded <br /> through a tax, and asked Council to spend more money on the sewer system. <br />4.
