expiration of thirty (30) days after Redwood City 2020 shall have <br /> received written notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage <br /> by first class mail; <br /> <br /> (b) Providing that Consultant's insurance shall apply separately to <br /> each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except <br /> with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability <br /> endorsement); <br /> <br /> (c) Naming Redwood City 2020, the City of Redwood City, its Council, <br /> officers, boards, commissions, employees, and agents, as <br /> additional insured's; and <br /> <br /> (d) Providing that Consultant's insurance coverage shall be primary <br /> insurance with respect to Redwood City 2020, the City of Redwood <br /> City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, and <br /> agents, and any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the City <br /> of Redwood City for itself, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess of <br /> Consultant's insurance and not contributory with it. <br /> <br />13. COVENANT AGAINST CONTINGENT FEE-~.
