Waive first reading and introduce Ordinance to amend section 20.96 of the Parking <br /> Ordinance to establish a two-hour parking limit on Broadway, from EI Camino Real <br /> to Main Street. <br /> 2. Confirm the determination that the Ordinance qualifies as an exemption to the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act as a minor alteration to existing facilities. <br /> M/S Foust/Pierce to start advertising and announcing this program sometime around Nov 30, <br /> and Dec. 1 but enforcement starts January 1, 2016 and make it clear to all those impacted <br /> about this change using signs and taking up the offer of a local property owner doing his own <br /> outreach. <br /> Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote with Council Member Howard absent. <br /> �.—, <br /> -� <br /> : <br /> �'_. <br /> � , <br /> 1��, m����,�� <br /> Silvia Vonderlinden <br /> Municipal City Clerk <br />
