By motion, adopt a Resolution summarily vacating a portion of the Winslow <br /> Street right-of-way. <br /> 2. By motion, approve the Parcel Map for lot merger at 815 Hamilton Street. <br /> 3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement <br /> Agreement with Hamilton and Winslow Properties, LLC. <br /> 4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape <br /> Maintenance Agreement with Hamilton and Winslow Properties, LLC. <br /> 5. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater <br /> Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with Hamilton and Winslow Properties, <br /> LLC. <br /> 6. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Hold Harmless <br /> Agreement with Hamilton and Winslow Properties, LLC. <br /> 7. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a revised License <br /> Agreement with Hamilton and Winslow Properties, LLC. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The project is a 5-story, 68,583 square foot mixed-use office/retail building with two <br /> levels of underground parking connecting to the City owned Jefferson parking garage, <br /> 7,141 square feet of retail use on the ground floor, and 60,322 square feet of office <br /> space on the upper floors. On July 27, 2015, the City Council approved the Tentative <br /> Parcel Map, Downtown Planned Community Permit, and Disposition and Development <br /> Agreement (DDA) for 815 Hamilton Street. The site formerly housed a vacant, one-story <br /> 6,000 square foot office building, and private surface parking lot. <br /> ANALYSIS <br /> The developer's engineer completed the parcel map, improvement plans, and <br /> specifications compliant with the Subdivision Map Act, Redwood City Ordinances, City <br /> Standards, and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. The parcel map merges three <br /> existing parcels, a portion of the Fox Theater parcel, and a portion of the existing right- <br /> of-way along Middlefield into one lot, and delineates several access easements for <br /> subterranean access between the proposed garage and Jefferson garage.
