Ord. would deprive the Property of privileges enjoyed by <br />other properties in the vicinity and under the identical zone classification thereof; <br />the adjustment proposed to be authorized by the variance, if granted, would <br />constitute a grant of a special privilege inconsistent with the limitations upon <br />other properties in the vicinity and zone in which the Property is located; and the <br />granting of the variance as proposed would be contrary to the intent of the Zon. <br />Ord. (Zon. Ord. §43.4). <br />CONCLUSIONS <br /> <br />1. The appeal should be, and is hereby, granted, and the decision of the <br />Zoning Administrator to issue the variance and the use permit is hereby <br />reversed. <br /> <br />2.
