EXHIBIT ��A" SCOPE OF SERVICES Contract Sweeping Services will perform the following street sweeping services for the City of Redwood City for a 6-month trial period: Task 1 —Residential Neighborhood Street Sweeping Contract Sweeping Services will perform once a month residential neighborhood street sweeping following the City's established street cleaning schedule. • Residential street sweeping will occur between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Tuesdays—Fridays; • Contractor will only dump at pre-designated dump locations; • Contractor may dump materials only from Redwood City street sweeping activities at no cost to the Contractar during the course of the 6-month trial period; • Contractor will fill potable water from the Public Works Gorporation Yard, 1400 Broadway, or at potable water hydrants; • Contractor may fill from the City's potable water system only for Redwood City street sweeping activities at no cost during the course of the 6-month trial period. Task 2—Monthly Reports Contract Sweeping Services will provide electronic copies of monthly street sweeping statistics to Redwood City staff for storm water permit reporting. Task 3—AdditionaUUnscheduled Sweeping Contractor shall be available for additionaUunscheduled sweeping on an as-needed basis. Schedule Contract Sweeping Services will begin work on the project immediately upon receipt of written authorization from the City. The tentative schedule calls for street sweeping services to begin November 1,2015 and run until the end of April, 2016.
