EXHIBIT A <br />"DIVIDED EXPENSES" <br />The parties agree and acknowledge that those certain expenses incurred by the Operator for <br />administering parking operations for patrons utilizing the Hamilton Garage and the Jefferson <br />Garage during the Hamilton Public Use Period shall be divided as follows: twelve percent (12%) <br />to Developer and eighty-eight percent (88%) to the City. The basis for this division of revenue is <br />described in Section 3.1 of this Addendum. A list of the shared expenses are as follows: <br />• Bank charges <br />• ABM's accounting fee <br />• ABM's management fee <br />• Phone line and network charges for the system <br />The above expenses will be invoiced in full directly to the City by ABM and the Developer's <br />portion (12%) will be deducted from the Developer's split of the revenue. <br />The City agrees to provide the Developer and their representatives, limited access to the parking <br />access and revenue control system for the following uses. <br />Representatives of Hamilton and Winslow Properties LLC, ABM and Scheidt & <br />Bachmann shall have use of the Scheidt & Bachmann Entervo computer system for the <br />programming of key cards and for any scheduling or maintenance needs required by <br />ABM and/or Scheidt & Bachmann for operation of the Hamilton Garage. <br />REV: 10-11-18 PR <br />Page 10 of 10 <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.244/HAMILTON & WINSLOW PROPERTIES, LLC <br />
