Specific Obli�ations Related to Hamilton Gara�e <br /> In order to help assure that patrons of the Jefferson Garage and Hamilton Garage shall be <br /> able to pass through and exit from either garage easily, Developer shall install in the Hamilton <br /> Garage the same ticket and parking equipment used by the City in the Jefferson Garage. In <br /> addition, in order to assure that the City and Developer each receive their full share of parking <br /> revenues from patrons of the Jefferson Garage and Hamilton Garage, respectively, Developer <br /> and City shall wark together to determine the appropriate equipment, location and/or method to <br /> ensure the accurate accounting of revenues for the Jefferson Garage and Hamilton Garage.
