6. Deposit of Memorandum of DDA, Prior to the date set forth herein for the <br /> Easement and Parking Agreement, close of escrow. <br /> Quitclaim Deed and Fox Theatre <br /> Agreement. The parties shall deposit <br /> the Memorandum of DDA, Easement <br /> and Parking Agreement, quitclaim <br /> deed for Sliver Parcel, and the Fox <br /> Theatre Agreement into escrow. <br /> 7. Submission - Final Construction Within 10 days after execution by the City <br /> Drawings and Landscaping and of this Agreement. <br /> Gradin� Plans for the Project The <br /> Developer shall prepare and submit <br /> to the City for review and approval <br /> Final Construction Drawings and <br /> Landscaping and Grading Plans for <br /> the Project. <br /> 8. Approval - Final Construction Within 30 days after receipt thereof by the <br /> Drawings and Landscaping and City. <br /> Grading Plans for the Project. The <br /> City shall approve or disapprove the <br /> Developer's Final Construction <br /> Drawings and Landscaping and <br /> Grading Plans for the Project. <br /> 9. Developer Submittal of Construction Prior to the close of escrow. <br /> Contract for the Project to City for <br /> Ap�roval. The Developer shall <br /> submit to the City for approval a <br /> copy of the executed Construction <br /> Contract for the Project. <br /> 10. Submission - Certificates of Prior to the close of escrow. <br /> Insurance.
