Exhibit A <br /> Legal Description <br /> 10' Water Line Easement <br /> An easement 10 feet in width for water lines and all purposes incidental thereto situate in the <br /> City of Redwood City, San Mateo County, California, being a portion of Parcel 1 as shown on <br /> that certain map entitled "Parcel Map No. 2000-3", filed for record June 7, 2000 in Book 72 of <br /> Parcel Maps at Pages 85-86 in the office of the San Mateo County Recorder, and being more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the most easterly corner of said Parcel 1, said point being further described as a <br /> point on the southerly right of way of U.S. Highway 101 as shown on said map; thence along the <br /> southeasterly line of said Parcel 1 South 42°18'24" West, 10.70 feet to a point 10 feet southerly <br /> of, when measured at a right angle thereto, said Highway right of way, said point being further <br /> described as the beginning of a non-tangent curve concave southerly having a radius of 8875 .00 <br /> feet, from which point the radius bears South 21°30'31" West; thence along the arc of said <br /> curve, lying parallel with said Highway right of way, 66. 13 feet through a central angle of <br /> 0°25'37"; thence North 21°04'54" East, 10.00 feet to a point on said Highway right of way, said <br /> point being further described as the beginning of a non-tangent curve concave southerly having <br /> a radius of 8885.00 feet, from which point the radius bears South 21°04'54" West; thence along <br /> the arc of said curve and said Highway right of way 70.00 feet through a central angle of <br /> 0°27'05" to the point of beginning. <br /> Containing 681 square feet, more or less. <br /> Bearings used in this description are based upon Book 72 of Parcel Maps, Page 85, S.
