, , . <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> To work closely with Redwood City 2020 leadership and staff to develop and implement <br /> a "shared agenda" of outcomes of the partnership and collect data for use in measuring <br /> progress toward these goals using agreed upon indicators. The position will receive <br /> funding from donations received from First Church of Redwood City and the Eustace- <br /> Kwan Family Foundation. <br /> Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <br /> • Coordinate and supervise several established Redwood City 2020 initiatives, <br /> including Safe Routes to School, Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Partnership, <br /> and Redwood City Together <br /> • Manage, coach, and support program coordinators to push forward progress on <br /> initiative-specific goals and deliverables <br /> • Ensure effective implementation, fiscal management, grant reporting/writing, and <br /> evaluation for assigned initiatives <br /> • Facilitate and support initiative-specific Steering Committee and Task Force <br /> meetings <br /> • Represent initiatives in quarterly reports, community gatherings, Redwood City <br /> 2020 Leadership Council meetings, and public-facing communications <br /> • Creatively spearhead efforts to improve relationships and services for a diverse <br /> Affiliate Network of community-based organizations <br /> • Other duties as assigned <br /> Essential Qualifications <br /> • 7+ years of professional experience relevant to community-based, collaborative <br /> health and wellness programming, community engagement, and education <br /> initiatives. <br /> • Top-notch communication skills <br /> • Demonstrated success managing teams <br /> • Professional poise and polish working in a fast-paced environment <br /> • Organizational, time management, and prioritization skills <br /> • Understanding of factors essential to successful cross-sector collaboration and <br /> experience working with diverse communities <br /> • A strong work ethic, with a desire to go above and beyond standard expectations <br /> • Exceptional judgment and strong interpersonal skills <br /> Page 10 of 10 <br /> REV:10/29/15 PT <br /> ATTY/AGR/2015.242/10HN CROWELL CONSULTING <br />
