EXHIBIT"A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Scope of Work <br /> Strategic Economics and subconsultant Vernazza Wolfe will prepare for and attend <br /> one City Council hearing in Redwood City on Affordable Housing Impact Fees in <br /> support of the Nexus Studies that they prepared for the City.
