By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment <br /> Measures Maintenance Agreement with Premia South County, LLC. <br /> 5. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Shared Parking Covenant <br /> with Premia South County, LLC. <br /> 6.
