<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SE8YICES <br /> <br />The School District agrees to provide: <br /> <br />a) Administrative Support <br />b) Teachers and/or Teacher Aides at each After-School Learning Site <br />c) Supervision of the children for the Academic portion of the after-school programs <br />d) Schedule and administer teaching programs in support of the Learning Sites' <br />e) Provide classroom space for the Academic portion of the program <br />f) Provide transportation support to the Kennedy Middle School program <br /> <br />The School District agrees to perform all of the services of the agreement for a sum not <br />to exceed $131,477 including staffing salaries and benefits, supplies, training, insurance <br />and materials allocated as follows: <br /> <br />Hawes School: <br /> <br />$27,648 <br />$32,250 <br /> <br />Fair Oaks School: <br /> <br />Hoover School: <br /> <br />$21,523 <br />$22,128 <br /> <br />T aft School: <br /> <br />Kennedy Middle School: <br /> <br />$27,928 (with $11,800 specifically for transportation) <br /> <br />Atty/Agr/Agr.235 <br />110904 <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />""'-r--"'-""-' ',..' .. <br />
