J&S Conditions of Approval <br /> <br /> <br />•On September 25, Applicant advised the City of their settlement agreement with <br />J&S Management. <br /> <br />•Agreement included revised and additional conditions of approval to be placed on <br />any project approval. <br /> <br />•City staff reviewed the proposed settlement conditions and identified those that <br />were acceptable (included in the resolution attached to the agenda packet). <br /> <br />•Negotiations have continued since the publication of the agenda packet, and two <br />additional conditions have been added (amended resolution at the dais). <br /> <br />Applicant shall apply for connection to recycled water once it becomes <br />available in downtown <br /> <br />Applicant shall submit a construction parking report to the City every 30 <br />days during construction phase <br />
