REPORT <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br /> <br />November 16, 2015 <br /> <br />SUBJECT <br /> Modification to the Mezesville Historic District to remove 1016 Warren Street as a <br />"Contributor" to the District <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Continue the public hearing to adopt a resolution amending the Mezesville Historic <br />District to remove 1016 Warren Street as a "Contributor" to the District to the City <br />Council regular meeting of January 11, 2016. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />On August 4, 2015, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and voted to <br />recommend that the Mezesville Historic District be amended to remove 1016 Warren <br />Street as a Contributor to the district, as the structure was illegally demolished. <br /> <br />Staff is requesting a continuance of this item from the November 16, 2015 City Council <br />agenda to allow sufficient time for Council to consider an appeal of 601 Marshall Street <br />(Agenda Item 7.C).
