Box 391, City Hall, <br /> Redwood City, California; <br /> That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real <br /> property upon which the aforesaid public work is the improvement the City's overall roadway <br /> pavement condition by rehabilitating various sections of roadway pavement (spot repairs) and <br /> covering/protecting the surface with a new wearing course (asphalt-rubber chip seal), which <br /> improves and extends the useful life of the pavement.
