<br /> Permittee hereunder, or otherwise arising from or arising out of said event or <br /> any activities herein permitted. <br />10. City Services: Except as otherwise noted, the City agrees to provide those <br /> services requested in the letter dated May 13, 2004, in furtherance of the <br /> activities herein permitted. <br /> Specifically, City agrees to provide the following services: <br /> (a) Police Department personnel will inspect the posting of "No Parking" <br /> signs and road closure barricades by Permittee. <br />11. The Permittee Will Provide: <br /> (a) Posting of the "No Parking" signs stating "No Parking on July 4, 2004 <br /> from 7:00 AM through 6:00 PM." on both sides of Broadway between <br /> Southern Pacific right of way and EI Camino Real by Permittee, will be <br /> completed by Thursday, July 1, 2004. <br /> (b) Two (2) State licensed and bonded security guards to patrol the event <br /> during the hours of 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. <br /> (c) Permittee will provide or rent barricades for this event, and set-up these <br /> road closure barricades along the furthest prolongation of Broadway as it <br /> intersects with EI Camino Real, California, Perry Streets and the train <br /> crossings at least 10 feet west of and east of the railroad crossing devices of <br /> both sides of the Southern Pacific right of way at 7:00 AM on July 4, 2004, <br /> subject to the evaluation and adjustment of Police Department personnel. <br /> (d) Permittee will contact all businesses affected by the street closures on <br /> Broadway with sufficient time to allow for those businesses to accommodate <br /> the proposed street closures. <br /> (e) Sufficient personnel to clear the event of litter that may have accumulated <br /> as a result of the event. This task shall be completed by 6:00 PM on the day <br /> of the event. <br />12. Miscellaneous and Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not <br /> herein described or contemplated in connection with the Car Show shall not <br /> be effectuated without the prior written consent of the Police Chief. <br />13. Acceptance: This permit shall not be effective until fully executed by all <br /> parties hereto and accepted by the Permittee and returned to the City. <br /> 3 <br /> ---- - <br />
