<br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 40.7 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br /> ADOPTED BY UNANIMOUS ROLL CALL VOTE. <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 95-244 <br /> Ken Rolandelli, Chairman of the Historic Resources Advisory Committee, presented <br /> slides of Foresters Hall and described its over eighty-year history in Redwood City. <br /> Council thanked Mr. Rolandelli for his efforts on behalf of preserving historic Redwood <br /> City, and thanked Mr. Anagnostou, owner of the property, for his willingness to <br /> refurbish this beautiful and historic building. <br /> MEMO 11/29/95 <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> B. Public Hearing - Adoption by reference of Uniform Fire Code - Ordinance <br /> introduced October 30, 1995; (305, 705) <br /> 1) Staff report: <br /> Affidavits of Publication are on file in the City Clerk Department. <br /> REPORT: Louis J. Vella, Fire Marshal, November 27, 1995 <br /> Fire Chief Fink described the legal requirements of adopting Uniform Fire Codes <br /> and the outstanding cooperation between the Fire Department and the Building <br /> Division during the process of developing the Codes pertaining to Redwood City. <br /> 2) Open public hearing; <br /> Mayor Hartnett opened the public hearing at 9:25 p.m. <br /> 3) Hear public comment; <br /> Mayor Hartnett asked if anyone wished to speak to this issue.
