(304) <br /> REPORT: City Engineer, December 11, 1995 <br /> In response to Councilman Leipzig's questions, City Manager Everett and City <br /> Engineer Luck explained that the retention of$l,OOO was necessary to ensure that the <br /> manufacturer would provide the schematics to the developer as promised. ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR THE <br /> MUNICIPAL SERVICES CENTER REMODELING PROJECT, TASK ORDER NO.1 <br /> (304) <br /> REPORT: City Engineer, December 11, 1995 <br /> In answer to Councilman Leipzig's questions, City Manager Everett and City <br /> Engineer Luck explained that the construction time had been extended and staff found <br /> justification for additional funding. City Engineer Luck explained that the remodeling <br /> ran into unforeseen circumstances, the City asked the consultant to do additional work <br /> (ADA) and there were material delays not the fault of the consultant.
