13. Assiqnment. Artist may not assign this Agreement ar any part of it, or any monies due or to <br /> become due under it, without the prior written cansent of City. <br /> 14. Amendments. This Agreement may be amended by mutuaf consent of City and Artist. Any <br /> amendment will be in writing, signed by both parties, with a statement of the changes in charges ar time <br /> schedule. <br /> 15. Termination. City or Artist may terminate this Agreement at any time after a discussion, and <br /> written notice to the other party. City will pay Artist's costs for Services completed up to the time of <br /> termination, if the Services have been completed in accordance with the Agreement. <br /> 16. Entire Aqreement. This Agreement, together with any other written document referred to o� <br /> cantemplated by it, along with the purchase order for this Agreement and its pravisions, embody the <br /> entire Agreement and understanding beiween the parties relating to the subject matter of it.
