Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement Agreement with Ernst <br /> Development Corporation. <br /> 4. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement <br /> with Ernst Development Corporation. <br /> 5.
