MISCELLANEOUS. <br /> a. Entire Agreement, Amendments. This Agreement contains the entire understanding and <br /> agreement of the parties. This Agreement may be altered, amended or modified only by an instrument in <br /> writing, executed by the Parties to this Agreement. <br /> b. Paragraph Headings.
