6.3.A. - Page 6 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AMENDING THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT SUMMARY OF <br /> BENEFITS <br /> WHEREAS, The Executive Management Summary of Benefits outlines the <br /> benefits, employment terms, and compensation policies for at-will executive management <br /> employees and confidential employees; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager periodically recommends updates to the Executive <br /> Management Summary of Benefits consistent with current City policy, benefit plans, and <br /> practices, and in accordance with Council direction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The Executive Management Summary of Benefits shall be amended as <br /> follows in Exhibit A. <br /> 2.
