EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> 1. Scope of Services. <br /> Photographer shall take multiple photos of Redwood City locations, including: <br /> • Broadway Clock tower at dusk <br /> • Alfresco dining (day) <br /> � Public Art Shots (new Broadway mural and completed public utility <br /> boxes) <br /> • Nightlife <br /> • Shopping <br /> • Caltrain station <br /> • Theatre sign <br /> • People enjoying Courthouse Square <br /> • RWC Square "Salsa" Festival panorama image. <br /> Photographer will also provide post-processing for 10 selected photos <br /> (retouching/editing). <br /> 2. Compensation. <br /> The total fee for the services listed in Section 1, Exhibit "A" will be three <br /> thousand seven hundred dollars ($3,700.00). The total fee for the transfer of <br /> all right, title, and interest, including copyright, to the works of art described in <br /> Exhibit "B" ("the Work Product") will be two thousand two hundred dollars <br /> ($2,200.00). The total compensation due under this Agreement will be five <br /> thousand nine hundred dollars ($5,900.00). This amount shall constitute full <br /> compensation for all services, materials and fees to be perFormed or <br /> furnished by Photographer as described in Section 1, Exhibit "A" and for all <br /> Work Product described in Exhibit "B." <br /> Such payment shall be full compensation for all work performed and services <br /> rendered, for all supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment or use <br /> thereof, taxes, and for all other necessary incidentals, including <br /> transportation of the Work to the designated site. In the event the <br /> Photographer incurs costs in excess of the total price, the Photographer shall <br /> pay such excess for his/her own funds, and the City shall not be required to <br /> pay any part of such excess, and the Photographer shall have no claim <br /> against the City on account thereof. <br /> No payment to the Photographer for any work pertormed or services <br /> rendered shall constitute a waiver or release by the City of any claims, rights, <br /> or remedies it may have against the Photographer under this Agreement or <br /> Page 6 of 10 <br /> ATTY/AGR/2015.247/JOEL WADE PHOTOGRAPHY CONSULTANT SERVICES <br /> REV:11/9/15 RL <br />
