by law, nor shall such payment constitute a waiver, remission, or discharge by <br /> the City of any failure or fault of the Photographer to satisfactorily perform the <br /> Work as required under this Agreement. <br /> Compensation is payable upon execution of this Agreement by both Parties. <br /> 3. Ownership-Copyrights. <br /> As stated in section 7.1.1., Photographer agrees to transfer and hereby does <br /> transfer irrevocably to City for fair consideration, all right, title, and interest, <br /> including copyright, in the Work Product itself and in the design, sketches, <br /> drawings, model, maquettes, slides, photographs, and all other related <br /> materials used in the design and creation of this Work Product. <br /> The City grants the Photographer non-revocable license to use the images <br /> listed in Exhibit B (listed below) for self-promotional use — website, internet <br /> display and other promotional use.
