Declare the building at 3726 Laurel Way a public nuisance and direct the <br /> owner to abate the nuisance within thirty (30) days. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> A. Councilwoman Steinfeld reported on the CCAG meeting she attended, and the <br /> three committee reports presented from the Congestion Management Committee, <br /> the Regional Governance Committee and the NPDES Committee. Councilwoman <br /> Steinfeld advised copies of the three proposed bills regarding regional <br /> government will be distributed to the Council by Thursday. <br /> B. Councilman Sanfilipo reported on the Housing Rehabilitation Program Loan <br /> Committee Meeting, and his meeting with Supervisor Barrales, Sheriff Horsley <br /> and Police Chief Guardino on the Middlefield Road/5th Avenue business area. <br /> The meeting was well attended and the next meeting is scheduled for the end <br /> of the month. <br /> 9.
