MIS: STEINFELD/CLAIRE TO DEFER THIS ITEM FOR A FUTURE MEETING <br /> Council members discussed if or how Redevelopment Agency funds should be spent <br /> on a building owned by a non-profit organization, including the idea of an equity <br /> interest and a reversionary clause. Councilman Greenalch suggested several steps <br /> including having PCS do its own capital improvements assessment of the Fox, and <br /> removing the designation of $300,000 for the Fox Theatre from the Redevelopment <br /> Agency budget. <br /> Councilman Claire withdrew his second, and the motion died for lack of a second. <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 94-067 <br /> City Manager Everett suggested that after the studies approved in 3.A and 3.B. above <br /> are completed, the results be given to the Fox Theatre Task Force and Peninsula Center <br /> Stage for their review.
