Councilman Claire reported on the demonstration of the Urban Gunfire Locator System he <br /> attended last Friday and advised that the $255,000 so often quoted for that system, would in <br /> fact, cover the areas of Menlo Park, the Fair Oaks Area in the County, the southeastern part <br /> of Redwood City and parts of East Palo Alto. Councilman Claire advised it was a good <br /> demonstration and expressed hope that ways could be found to fund the program. <br /> C. Councilwoman Steinfeld reported on an ABAG training session she attended and described <br /> a unique program for graffiti abatement. <br /> D. Mayor Buchan thanked Councilwoman Gasparini for her excellent presentation at the Adult <br /> Forum at Messiah Lutheran Church on Sunday. <br /> 8.
