Graduation Ceremony — Mayor Ira with the assistance of Public <br />Communications Manager Smith read and presented certificates of completion to <br />the 2004 Spring P.A.C.T. graduates and thanked them for the participation and <br />commitment. <br />B. Redwood City 2020 Presentation — Beth Ross made the presentation entitled, <br />"Understanding a Successful Collaboration ", that explained the partnerships, <br />collaboration and results of Redwood City 2020. <br />6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A verbatim meeting transcript, as prepared by Court Reporter Lucy Grubbs, <br />contains full account of the proceedings on this topic. A copy of the <br />verbatim meeting transcript is on file with the City Clerk department. <br />M/S Howard /Ruskin to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances <br />by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items.
