ORIGINAL <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO <br /> LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AND <br /> PREMIA 550 OWNER LLC <br /> THIS AMENDMENT 1 is entered into as �-� day of , 2016 (the <br /> "Effective Date"), amending the License Agreement by and befinree THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State o California ("CITY"), <br /> and PREMIA 550 Owner, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("LIC SEE"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. CITY and LICENSEE entered into that certain License Agreement dated <br /> ���w''�' �S�?.�15 allowing LICENSEE to use the City Property for construction worker <br /> vehicle parking during construction of the 550 Allerton Project. <br /> B. The License Agreement terminates as of June 30, 2016. <br /> C. LICENSEE now desires an extension of time to use the City Property for <br /> construction worker vehicle parking. <br /> D. CITY has determined that the temporary use proposed by LICENSEE provides a <br /> common benefit to the Downtown area. <br /> E. CITY is concurrently providing a license to the County of San Mateo and to 601 <br /> Marshall Street Owner, LLC, for their shared use of the City Property for parking purposes as <br /> well. <br /> F. CITY is willing to extend the License Agreement allowing LICENSEE to use the <br /> License Area for construction worker vehicle parking purposes during construction of the 550 <br /> Allerton Project, all on the terms set forth herein. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br /> acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br /> l. Extension of Term. The Term of the License Agreement as set forth in <br /> Section 3.A. thereof is hereby extended for an additional six (6) months ("Extended Term") <br /> commencing on July 1, 2016, and expiring on December 31, 2016. <br /> 2. Ratification of Lease.
