AGREEMENT <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is <br /> hereby acknowledged , the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1 . Extension of Term; License Area. The Term of the License Agreement is <br /> extended for an additional 6 months commencing on October 1 , 2017 and expiring on <br /> April 30, 2018. ("Extension Period"). Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by <br /> reference, identifies the License Area to be used by Licensee as well as the names of <br /> other parties using the City Properly, and replaces the prior version of this document <br /> (Exhibit A to Amendment No. 4). <br /> 2. Capitalized Terms. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined <br /> shall have the meanings given to such terms in the License Agreement. <br /> 3. License in Effect.
