Additional costs occurred conducting the November 2003 $6,061 <br /> election for the transit occupancy tax increase and Charter <br /> amendments. <br /> 2. Library <br /> A. The Library has estimated employee cost savings for the <br /> remainder of the year and requests reallocation of those <br /> savings so that these funds may be utilized to prepay a <br /> portion of the FY2004/05 Peninsula Library System fees. <br /> Information Service Unit - Productive Work Time (60,000) <br /> Electronic Services Unit - Operating Supplies 60,000 <br /> 3. Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department (5,915) <br /> A. To reallocate the Civic Cultural Commission budget to the <br /> Public Art Capital Fund to be used to acquire larger public art <br /> projects in City facilities. <br /> 4. Police <br /> A. The Police Department received a grant from the Office of 45,044 <br /> Traffic Safety to fund a seat belt enforcement campaign <br /> through September 30, 2004. An appropriation must be <br /> established so that the Police Department may expend these <br /> funds. <br /> B. The Police Department received a Vest Grant that was 1,289 <br /> received after the budget was approved. An appropriation <br /> must be established so that the Police budget may expend <br /> these funds. <br /> Talal General Fund 46.479 <br /> <br /> CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND <br /> A. To appropriate funds for the renovation of Fair Oaks athletic <br /> field that is funded by the County of San Mateo and the 589,000 <br /> Redwood City School District. <br /> B.
