<br /> :¡.A~ \ <br /> REPORT <br /> To the Redevelopment Agency Board <br /> From the Executive Director <br /> July 12, 2004 <br /> Subject <br /> Adoption of Redevelopment Agency Budget for FY 2004/05. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends that the Agency Board approve the resolution adopting the Redwood <br /> City Redevelopment Agency budget for Fiscal Year 2004/05. <br /> Background <br /> The Redevelopment Agency Board reviewed the proposed Agency budget for Fiscal <br /> Year 2004/05 at its study session of June 28, 2004 (see attached Staff Report). The <br /> Agency needs to approve the attached resolution to adopt the final Redevelopment <br /> Agency budget for Fiscal Year 2004/05. <br /> As stated in the study session and staff report, staff and legal counsel are researching <br /> the issue raised by Legal Aid and we will be bringing the result of that research back to <br /> the Agency Board for their consideration and appropriate action. <br /> State redevelopment law requires the Agency to file a final budget for the fiscal year <br /> with the State.
