Routine Maintenance Activities <br /> The principal maintenance objectives are to ensure that water flows unimpeded into the flow-through <br /> planter and landscaping remains attractive in appearance. Table 1 shows the routine maintenance <br /> activities, and the frequency at which they will be conducted. Test Monthly during the wet season, <br /> with garden hose to confirm that the filters will drain per design standarcls. and as needed after storm <br /> events <br /> 3 Inspect podium drains,roof drains,and sheet flow from paved areas to Monthly during the wet season, <br /> ensure flow to KriStar Media Filters is unimpeded. Remove debris and repair and as needed after storm <br /> damaged pipes.Check splash btocks or rocks and repair,replace,and events <br /> replenish as necessary. <br /> 4 Inspect overtlow pipe to ensure that it will safely convey excess flows to Before the wet season,and as <br /> storm drain.
