6.3.B. - Page 2 <br /> • adopted a resolution approving and adopting the schedule of traffic impact <br /> mitigation fee projects and schedule of transportation impact fees included in the <br /> February 18, 2000 Redwood City Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee Study (2000 <br /> Study) <br /> In December 2012 Redwood City completed a Transportation Impact Mitigation Fee <br /> Update (2012 Study) to update the Traffic Impact Fee Project List and Fee Schedule. <br /> On July 27, 2015 the City Council of Redwood City: <br /> 1. approved and adopted the 2012 Redwood City Transportation Impact Mitigation <br /> Fee Update, Project Descriptions and Cost Estimates, and <br /> 2. approved the Redwood City Transportation Impact Mitigation Fee, Fee Schedule <br /> for Specific Land Uses. <br /> ANALYSIS <br /> Pursuant to California Government Code, local agencies are to make available to the <br /> public and to review certain information related to transportation impact fees received <br /> each fiscal year. The information includes, but is not limited to: <br /> • a description of the Transportation Impact Fee <br /> • the source and amount of revenues <br /> • capital improvements and traffic reduction measures that were financed in whole <br /> or in part by the impact fees <br /> This information is included in the Transportation Impact Fee Account Report for Fiscal <br /> Year 2014-15. Copies of the Account Report are available to the public in the City <br /> Clerk's office. The Account Report is also available on Redwood City's website <br /> (www.redwoodcity.org) in the "Information and Reports" section of the Finance <br /> Department webpage. <br /> ALTERNATIVES <br /> City Council may direct staff to make modifications to the Account Report. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> There is no fiscal impact associated with accepting the Account Report. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br /> The actions associated with this report do not constitute a project pursuant to the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act guidelines. <br /> SUSAN WHEELER <br /> SENIOR MANAGEMENT ANALYST <br />
