6.3.B. - Page 2 • adopted a resolution approving and adopting the schedule of traffic impact mitigation fee projects and schedule of transportation impact fees included in the February 18, 2000 Redwood City Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee Study (2000 Study) In December 2012 Redwood City completed a Transportation Impact Mitigation Fee Update (2012 Study) to update the Traffic Impact Fee Project List and Fee Schedule. On July 27, 2015 the City Council of Redwood City: 1. approved and adopted the 2012 Redwood City Transportation Impact Mitigation Fee Update, Project Descriptions and Cost Estimates, and 2. approved the Redwood City Transportation Impact Mitigation Fee, Fee Schedule for Specific Land Uses. ANALYSIS Pursuant to California Government Code, local agencies are to make available to the public and to review certain information related to transportation impact fees received each fiscal year. The information includes, but is not limited to: • a description of the Transportation Impact Fee • the source and amount of revenues • capital improvements and traffic reduction measures that were financed in whole or in part by the impact fees This information is included in the Transportation Impact Fee Account Report for Fiscal Year 2014-15. Copies of the Account Report are available to the public in the City Clerk's office. The Account Report is also available on Redwood City's website (www.redwoodcity.org) in the "Information and Reports" section of the Finance Department webpage. ALTERNATIVES City Council may direct staff to make modifications to the Account Report. FISCAL IMPACT There is no fiscal impact associated with accepting the Account Report.
