7.A. - Page 7 <br /> Section 15303, Class 3 categorical exemption for New Construction of Small Structures; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the contributing historic resource that was once located on this site <br /> has been irreparably lost, cannot be replaced, and no longer contributes to the <br /> character of the Mezesville Historic District; and <br /> WHEREAS, 1016 Warren Street should be removed from the list of Contributors <br /> to the Mezesville Historic District; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 11, 2015, the Historic Resources Advisory Committee held <br /> a duly noticed public hearing in accordance with all applicable requirements of the <br /> Redwood City Municipal Code and fully reviewed, considered, and evaluated the staff <br /> reports and attachments, oral and written public testimony, and all other documents and <br /> evidence in the public record on the Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC RESOURCES <br /> ADVISORY COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The property located at 1016 Warren Street, APN 052-258-110, is <br /> hereby recommended to be removed as a "Contributor" to the Mezesville Historic <br /> District.
