STAFF REPORTS <br /> A. Establish "Drug Free Zones" in all Redwood City parks (1004-05) <br /> REPORT: Community Police Officer Sousa, June 6, 1994 <br /> Officer Sousa presented the staff report and described how the drug problem in Fleischman <br /> Park led to a neighborhood coalition, led by Michele Bishop, working with the police to take <br /> back their park from the drug dealers and users.
