Mr. Lacey, advised it would be too costly to replace all pedestals, but that TCI would be willing to work with individual consumers using all the mitigation efforts outlined in Alternative No.2. City Manager Everett explained that Alternative No.2 provided mitigation efforts that TCI could use in response to individual consumers who contact TCI and request mitigation. Mr. Everett stated that if mitigation efforts became too onerous, TCI could come back to the Council and describe the impact of the Council's adoption of Alternative No.2.
