Errors and omissions liability appropriate to the Coastside <br /> Fire Protection District's profession with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per claim. <br /> 6.2. Additional Provisions. Coastside Fire Protection District will ensure that the Commercial <br /> General Liability and Automobile Liability policies of insurance required under this Agreement <br /> contain, or are endorsed to contain, a provision requiring the other Party to be named as an <br /> additional insured: <br /> 6.2.1 City of Redwood City will be named as additional insured. <br /> 7. INDEMNIFICATION. City hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and save Coastside Fire <br /> Protection District and its officers, agents, and empfoyees harmless against and from any and all claims, <br /> suits, actions af every name, kind and description, which may be brought against Coastside Fire Protection <br /> District, by reason of any injury to, or death of, any person (including corporations, partnerships and <br /> associations) or damage suffered or sustained by any such person arising from, or alleged to have arisen <br /> from, any act or omission to act, negligent or otherwise, of Coastside Fire Protection District arising out of <br /> the City's Maintenance Services provided under this agreement. <br /> Coastside Fire Protection District hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and save City and its <br /> officers, agents, and employees harmless against and from any and all claims, suits, actions of every <br /> name, kind and description, which may be brought against City, by reason of any injury to, or death of, any <br /> person (including corporations, partnerships and associations) or damage suffered or sustained by any <br /> such person arising from, or alleged to have arisen from, any act or omission to act, negligent or otherwise, <br /> of City arising out of Coastside Fire Protection DistricYs use or ownership of the Motor Vehicles.
