1/11/2016 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15466 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION BY THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY TO THE LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION <br /> COMMISSION REQUESTING APPROVAL FOR EXTENSION OF <br /> WATER SERVICE OUTSIDE JURISDICTIONAL BOUNDARIES <br /> PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 56133 <br /> WHEREAS, the properties located on Oak Park Way, Unincorporated San Mateo <br /> County, California (APN 068-151-180 & APN 068-151-190) ( collectively, the <br /> "Properties"; individually, the "Property"), are outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries, <br /> but inside City's sphere of influence and water service area; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo is processing an application for a building <br /> permit to construct two new single family homes at the Properties that requires water <br /> services from the City of Redwood city; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Properties owner has requested that the City of Redwood City <br /> provide water services to the Properties at APN 068-151-180 &APN 068-151-190; and <br /> WHEREAS, the water service connections proposed for the two single family <br /> residences at the Properties are subject to the following conditions and fees: <br /> 1. LAFCO shall approve the application for the proposed water service <br /> connections for each Property; and <br /> 2. Property owner shall pay all LAFCO fees for each Property; and <br /> 3. After approval of the construction drawings by the San Mateo County <br /> Building Department and upon application for new water services, property owner shall <br /> pay all applicable Redwood City fees, including connection fees associated with <br /> providing proposed water services, for each Property; and <br /> ATTY/RES0.3163/CC RESO LAFCO RESO RESO.#15466 <br /> REV: 12-16-15 VR MUFF# 802 <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
